[Accrs-execs] Fwd: ACCRS Railroad Picnic 8/2

[ACCRS exec board]

I tried to explain all that today.   We don't use the Artisan Lawn 
(grass area) and we are there every Friday night for the club.  Hence, 
no security is needed.   If that is going to be a future requirement, 
there goes the club.    She was going exactly by the book for Fair 
concessionaires.
