[Accrs] 2020 ACCRS Themes and Actions

At the business meeting Friday, I agreed to write up a draft of a 2020 ACCRS Theme based on The Magic of Model Railroading, Bringing the Past and Present Alive.

That is attached is an draft of that as both a word and pdf. It includes a set of proposed actions and projects. I also generated an initial text for the O Scale speaker by the door. As I got really tired of listening to myself, I found a text to speech free service.  The mp3 clip is one of the voices speaking our 2020 intro.
