[Accrs] Bullion - We have passes. Gary was just got them

The way the parking pass is supposed to work is the following. You drive
in at Gates 8 or 12 and present your pass to the parking ticket person.
They will take the ticket and issue you a receipt to place on your dash
board after you park. There is no mention of the employee lot, although
you can park there if you like or if you want, go for the parking area
we used to use closer to the tunnel gate (red). What I just described
is how it worked for me this evening. I ended up parked next to the
road and quite close to the tunnel gate. All the passes are numbered
and were recorded when they were given to me. We need to use them as
intended so we have as few left overs as possible. What left overs we
have must be returned to me to give back to the Fair.
