[Accrs] Passes and badges

All,

Today the fair switched back to parking passes for everyone instead of 
permits for those who get badges.  They got their act together and did 
the badges using the pictures they had.  There are only three people who 
need to go in for a badge.  Larry Brickell, Bob Lopez, and Wayne Bryson, 
all O scale.   Still didn't tell me where or when.  I should have 
something in the morning which I'll relate to Dick and Phil to pass on 
to you three. Candice will let me know when to pick up the passes and 
badges tomorrow.  If I get them tomorrow, I want to meet Dick and Jorg 
at our building that evening to split them up so they can distribute to 
the scales.
