All,

Those who signed up for 10 or more shifts will get photo ID badges and 
sufficient parking passes to cover them.  Those who signed up for less 
than 10 shifts will get entry passes and parking passes to cover them.  
Those getting badges must come to the fairgrounds either Wednesday or 
Thursday (times are TBD at this point) to have them made since they are 
photo badges.  The entry passes and parking passes are going to be 
available Tuesday-Wednesday and I will pick them up.  They will be 
distributed to the trainmasters for distribution.  You will need to 
coordinate with them to actually get them.  We can talk more this 
evening at the business meeting.
