[Accrs] Building New Entry structure

[Alameda County Central Railroad Society]

We are just trying to attract visitors.  Simple big words is what we 
need.  In reality, the Fair will do whatever they decide.  We need to 
request something simple and they will do something which meets their 
internal standards.
