Phil,

It was _Friday_ that I arrived around 2:00 and everything was on.    No 
one showed up while I was there that was coming back because they were 
working on the layout.   I understand you about the lights as we all do 
that, "when we are coming back right away".   It is when the lights 
don't get that final "off" before we all leave and they are on for 
perhaps days at a time.
