ATTN Members: IT IS HAPPENING FRIDAY. I did tell Dean that I would take
responsibility for all of the grilling. I have cooked for groups so this
won't be my first rodeo.

I greatly appreciate Phil watching for meat ads, If you can actually
purchase the meat Phil, it would make things easier for a guy who can grill
but can not drive to just any store.

We need an accurate head count by Wednesday. I think Tri Tips are good, but
lets also consider a package or two of chicken breasts & or thighs as well
Just to be sure we have enough to eat There is more than enough grill
space. Burgers, while popular, are a pain, because of the need for buns,
condiments, Medium Rare, Medium Well, Cheese types, etc. I will be there
early to prep the Grill & Start a fire, My method of cooking is Low Temp
slow speed for a more even finish on the meat I periodically spray the meat
with wine so the it does not dry out this will NOT get anyone drunk. This
is a pot luck event so we are seeking side dishes (salads, etc) Please
respond to RSVP & what you plan to bring. QUALITY paper plates & utensils
would also be something to bring
