Dear Dean and Margaret,

This is Ilene Marshall, John Marshall's wife. I found your e-mail 
address in his computer.

Sadly John passed away yesterday late afternoon. He suffered a large 
stroke on January 4^th and continued to decline. I brought him home a 
week ago with hospice care, but with the hope that being at home would 
help him improve. Such was not the case.

I am planning a Celebration of Life, but not for a month or two. If I 
send the details to this address can you let the club members know?

John missed being a part of the club. He enjoyed his trains so much and 
not being able to participate was very difficult for him.

I hope things are going well at the club and you are looking forward to
