[Accrs] Golden State Passenger Cars

Hey Folks,  attached is a lettering spec sheet I found in the Pullman Company archives.
It's a two tone grey car with orange/black GOLDEN STATE letterings.
I suspect this lettering style was for the Southern Pacific so it blended into other car consists.   Notice that the date on this is 1946, so this is 3 years before the arrival of the planned GOLDEN ROCKET which were red/silver cars.
A couple of questions - does anyone have photos of Golden State cars or Southern Pacific cars that have this paint arrangement?   What other passenger trains might this match - Lark?
