[Accrs] [Accrs-ho] External Railroad Exhibt Sign

Hi Marc,  btw,  the sign condition is a result weather & sun light,  the ink is falling off those signs and it's not paint overspray.  Check to see if they can paint us good old fashion type with real paint, or we can DIY it.
