All,

This Friday is a park in the stable lot and walk in night.  I won't be able
to come Friday due a conflicting family event.  

 

Update on the HVAC project:  The material cost for the project was
determined by Gary Rodriguez of the Fair to be $12K.  As that is under the
$15K limit voted on last Friday, we're continuing on with the project.  We
need to get a written agreement in place with the Fair which we hope
includes similar protection for us if the Fair has us leave.  Same as we had
for the roofing project.   Updates as they occur.
