I won’t be able to come Friday due a conflicting family event. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Update on the HVAC project: The material cost for the project was determined by Gary Rodriguez of the Fair to be $12K. As that is under the $15K limit voted on last Friday, we’re continuing on with the project. We need to get a written agreement in place with the Fair which we hope includes similar protection for us if the Fair has us leave. Same as we had for the roofing project.
