All,

The 10 day Fair starts on Friday, 10/23 and we need you to sign up with your
respective trainmasters so we can figure out how many entry and parking
passes we need.  I looked at the HO schedule and if it stays the way it is,
there will be no one there on several days.  Don't think that someone else
will do it.  We need everyone to help.  

 

There is a chance the fair may try badges again which would greatly simplify
everyone's life, but don't hold your breath.  The alternative is entry and
parking tickets.  Either way, we need a head count earlier rather the later.
One thing that will help is that general parking M-F is free, so no parking
tickets will be needed then.  Please help out and sign up ASAP.  We will be
meeting at the club tomorrow evening.
