Today, Friday 9/9/2022, I
* Removed all ghost consists from our NCE system.* Fixed CAB07.CAB07 had the battery springs compressed so the AAAs were flopping around.

NCE CAB status:
CAB02 - ok, working
CAB03 - ok, working
CAB04 - ok, working
CAB05 - ok, working
CAB06 - ok, working
CAB07 - ok, working

CAB32 - ok, working
