HO ACCRS meeting minutes January 2018

Call to order at 8:35pm
   
   - January minutes not sent out
   - NCE equipment - no new info
   - Electrical layout issues discussed in previous club meeting
   - Occupancy Flasher - no update
   - Track cleaning, see operating rules draft, proposal to require 1 track cleaner running each direction
   - Operating rules, sent out earlier in the day, post draft proposal upstairs, vote on next business meeting
   - Facebook group, private group no longer pursuit, public page being worked on, bring up in club meeting
   - Layout lights, switch to LED, motion to convert moved, second and accepted, Ernest to get pricing numbers.
   - SignIn sheet for Good Guys coming soon, Andy
   - Signal system -  no progress
   - Double stack bridge needs to be rebuild, high cars hang up, Dean
   - Replace wood overpass with bridge(s), Dean
   - Motion to adjourn moved, second and accepted at 9:05 pm
