HO ACCRS meeting minutes January 2018

Call to order at 8:20pm




• December meeting minutes motioned, second and accepted

• Update on NCE equipment

• We lost out on an opportunity, equipment was already sold
   
   - Motion to authorize repair costs for the boosters by Dean, second and accepted (1 no vote)
   - Discussion about turn out electrical issues
   - Occupancy Flasher intermittent failure, replace with digital version, Jorg to find out about replacement.
   - New club cars, Dennis to bring in old list of rolling stock
   - Track cleaning, motion to require track cleaning car on each train, moved by Peter, second by Günter, motion tabled after discussion for future revisit
   - Clinics, Call for topics 
   
   - Retrofit for cleaning cars
   - Replace burned out lights
   - Convert DC to DCC
   
   - Operating rules, resend draft, bring back in February.
   - Facebook group for HO ACCRS, discussion, motion for Jamie to create a draft for a private Facebook group, second and accepted.
   - Motion to dismiss moved, second and accepted at 9:15
