[Accrs-ho] SW GP40 repair update

Members,

Atlas had a replacement part for the broken truck.   It arrived today.   
It appeared to be a simple matter of swapping the side frames of the 
broken silver truck for the black frames on the new truck.

I started the process of replacement.   Got the first side switched and 
checked the fit of the old silver side frame on the new truck.   How 
come one end feels loose.   Remove the side frame (silver one) and check 
against the black one that came with the new truck.   Whow, the silver 
one is missing a piece that secures it to the truck body (also brake 
shoe that is attched).  There should be three pins and there are only 
two.   Very strange.  If this piece is broken out of the silver truck 
(it is),  the truck took some kind of an impact that broke this piece 
off and forced the breakage in the other part.

VERY Highly unusual.  Must be because of mishandling as I can't see how 
else it happened.  ANY ONE KNOW HOW IT HAPPENED!!!!
