FYI –

A msg from NCE:
NCE is a small US based company with 10 employees where everything is done in house.
Our primary repair technician had to have emergency surgery to his neck and spine during the summer and I am sorry for the inconvenience this has caused our customers.
Things are back to normal now with a 2 to 4 week backlog of repairs.

As I have said before and will say again, we can’t afford not to have spare parts, replacement components, on hand incase of system failures.

Given the fact that one person that gets sick or injured or dies at NCE can nearly shutdown the entire company and result is 4-6 month or longer delays is concerning.

Suggestions:

  1. We need more hand held controllers. Plus we need to have better rules/regulation to ensure people are taking care for these items. Or, perhaps, require everyone to bring their own controllers.
  2. We need spare command station and booster at a minimum.
  3. We need to have a spare power supply that powers the command station and booster

Think about that.
