[Accrs-ho] Proposed Rules - Friday's meeting

I agree with Guenther regarding having some sort of track cleaning car on
each train. The track is so often so dirty that Ron Chapman and I spend
almost the whole time during Friday sessions just cleaning track so we can
run other trains and even pay extra visits to the club to do that.

 But regarding the minimum limit on number of cars on trains, if this is
what I think it is, I personally do not think that would be a good idea.
Not sure about other members, but I have a couple of locomotives, in
particular my Analog GE AC4400CWs and my Genesee & Wyoming-painted CORP
SD40-2, that are really restricted in the number of cars they can pull
before stalling coming out of the Hidden Yard or climbing the grade into
Jamestown, especially if I run heavier cars, and I don't want those engines
just being limited to switching industries just because they can't pull as
many cars when there are short local trains that do run on the mainline.
