[Accrs-ho] Tonights meeting

[ACCRS HO Scale]

Members,

At the meeting last Friday, we held a brief discussion on the proposed 
HO operating rules.  A couple of areas were discussed for areas that 
needed clarification.  Please see the attached as suggested 
additions/modifications to the proposed rules.  See red wordings.
