If the Fair does't relent and just charge us for tables and chairs, lets 
just do the BBQ like we do the Christmas Party.  Hold it inside, use our 
new good chairs, set up our tables and BBQ out the back door.   We have 
done that in the past for just hamburger before a regular meeting.  We 
got enough room inside for the pot luck stuff.  People could bring 
chairs and card tables, etc.
