Hi execs list
checking out locker assignment is a good idea.  I was talking to the leader of the old farm equipment next door and he told me they are going to cut off his building back even with ours and all of the equipment outside will be sold at an auction.  The back gate will be made into one of the main entrances to the Fair.

I have a problem that  a couple of the O Scale members could not figure out how to use the new email and I am one of them,  I have been dropped off the O scale list according to an e mail i received .  The instructions are very poor on how to log on for the first time.
the techs get it and the rest of us are left behind.  I questioned this at the board meeting and was told it is very easy to use.  Tow members on the O scale side couldn't figure it out

I agree. We should mark the lockers in which we have not seen the owners in a long time, contact them if possible, and set a date for lock removal.

Board,

I guess we should call this list of members the "Board".

Anyway, I forgot to discuss something at the last meeting.

I noticed that there are several lockers that have names on them of people who are no longer members of the club.  Garrett Kirby is one that we haven't seen in years.   Supposedly he lives back in Michigan or thereabouts.  The last time I saw him a few years ago, I think he cleaned out his locker and headed back east.

Ken Crisman is another.   He passed away several years ago.  We have no idea what is in his locker.   It hasn't been opened since his death.

Cathy Chrisman still has a locker but we only see her for a few shifts at the Fair.  Curley Bellaver has a locker but I haven't seen him at the club in years.  Maybe he comes on Saturday, but I haven't seen him during the Fair in years.

There may be other names, but these stuck out as ones we should open and/or discuss with the current users if they would give them up for others.

We haven't reviewed locker assignments for a few years.   It is time to do it and free up lockers for the newer members.

I guess John should head up a group to look into the situation.
