<p class="MsoNormal">Hi all. At the train show and the Fair, we have had a sign in at the front for the “Friends of the Fair Railroad”. The idea is to begin creating a database for recruiting, volunteers, donors, and political allies. So far wee have 14 sheets
of names with 11 nes per sheet. About 20% have no email or are unreadable, so the total is about 110 names. One thing we want to do is have an open house in October on a Friday night to prospect new members out of this list.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I am hoping I can recruit about 5 members to take 3 or 4 sheets each and enter the names into the computer (either Excel or into a text file). I have scanned the list and have pages numbered so I can send the scanned file and the entry
doc so you can do it at home.<o:p></o:p></p>
