The lack of water to the units until last week due to the Fair's irrigation projects prevented testing out the water pumps, float valves, and water distribution systems until this week. We had to replace two of the pumps.

<div class="">Robert Lopez almost single-handedly replaced the dead motor in the central exhaust fan. Without his electrician skills and youthful strength the project might not have been accomplished. </div>

<div class="">Hopefully we will not have 100-plus degree days to test the limits of the cooling system---it was quite comfortable yesterday.</div>
