<p class="MsoNormal">A couple of folks commented on the short notice for the ACCRS workday next Saturday the 9<sup>th</sup>, indicating they need more notice to schedule participation. The following are the current planned work days for the remainder of the
time until the 2019 fair and the major events during this time. In total, we have planned 7 workdays plus the last Saturday before the fair for final prep. There are probably more than we need, so, if we complete work before the later days we can cancel the
last ones or use for scale work. Please put the red dates in your calendar. As we are doing with this Saturday, there will be arranged materials for specific projects each Saturday, so all you need to do is come down. Please plan to make at least 3-4 of the
workdays. We need to complete our planned improvements to show our positive direction to the fair.<o:p></o:p></p>
