I suggest instead of cleaning the floor we coat it with those garage floor treatments that are tacky, covers imperfections, looks nice and are easy to clean. I'm concerned that the cleaning liquid will soak into the wood during use and floors might be slippery from treatment.

Ed Carreno
925-519-4796

On Sat, Feb 2, 2019, 12:26 PM Alameda County Central Railroad Society <accrs@mail.accrs.org wrote:

Message From: Phil Edholm pedholm@pkeconsulting.com
Gary will be updating on our meeting with Jerome (pretty good news), but we do need to schedule work days. Saturday the 9th will be our first work day. Please plan to come down and work. We will focus on three areas.

Clean the floor. I talked with Cresco rents and they said they would donate a floor cleaner and a liquid vacuum so it should take three of us to do this. After thinking we should get the floor done before painting the lower walls.

Prep and paint the entry area. Take down all of the well stuff. 2-3 of us.

Paint the steps/kids viewing and the front chair. 2-4 of us

So we need about 7-10 volunteers minimum. If we have more we can get done faster.

Please plan to come and reply to this email if you can be there. We should start at 9 AM
