      to make a comment about last Friday night.  On the way home from
      work, I stopped by and drove in Gate 12.  No problem.  However,
      when I got to the area near us, it was more clear why we weren't
      allowed access.  There was far more activity and booths than I
      remember seeing for the Scottish games on Friday night than I've
      seen before.  I headed on out the front gate and there were a lot
      of booths on the way there.  Does anyone remember the past games
      on Friday night?  It seemed to me it was a relative handful of
      people setting up their tents and small booths and that was about
      it.  <br clear="none">

      I am in search of the document that granted the land to the Fair,
      for
      Fair use.   I can get it if I find out the date, the Grantee,
      etc.  
      Looking at the document may give us some way to fight the fair and
      the
      "Event Center".   That may not fall within the codes, covenents,
      etc of
      the granting document.<br clear="none">
