I've gone back and forth with Candice this week about this subject and <br>
the final answer is "no access" for us starting tomorrow until Tuesday.  <br>
She says there is equipment and vendor setups on the grounds tomorrow <br>
night and the grounds must be secured.  So how is this any different <br>
from previous years?  Go figure.<br>
