<p>When I got back from a business trip last Friday, I sent an
e-mail to Candice in the fair office about the BBQ and Good Guys.
Several phone calls and almost a week later, no response. I
called another person in the office today and she confirmed
Candice is there and would remind her to call me. Hopefully,
we'll have an answer tomorrow night. <br>

Please note. Nothing is firmly set for the BBQ. Our
President is in e-mail contact with the Fair. We
normally get tables and chairs from them. No
guarantee that the date we normally use will be
available for our usual style BBQ. When the
President hears back, there will certainly be a
posting on the BBQ. Things are a little different
process at this time.<br>

No one has missed anything as of yet. Just wait for
an official posting by the Pres.<br>
