On Friday we worked on the yard to get an accurate diagram and to identify issues. Attached are two pdfs, the first is the yard diagram in the foldable two sided version that shows both yard and aisle views.<span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">

One change, when we talked on Friday we talked about the main and then tracks 1-11. As I drew it up and thought about it from the view of a new member (me when I came a couple of years ago), I thought that might be confusing, so I opted
to make the yard main “Track 1”. That way when you start counting you can count up from the track closest to the center aisle (the yard main) as 1. Also, if we start with Switch 41, then the switch and track numbers align up to track 9 (all the tracks in the
4x ladder). Anyway, here it is as a graphic:<span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">

What is cool is this is now a graphic, so I used it to create the second document, a punch list of things we need to de before the fair to get the yard to an optimized running state that will let us plan trains and consists. This lets us
see where the issue is and then have a description. Over time, we can do this for the rest of the layout, but for fair we are going to focus on the yard.<span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">

As most all will be at O Scale West next week, the next chance for work is the Friday before the Good Guys (which I will miss). Anyway, there are 6 items to be done, the last may be a fast verification. I anyone can get these done, especially
the first four before the Good Guys, we can do some yard running. <span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">
