It may be a good idea to spend some time on the evening of the 14th if needed. Our entrance to the fair is via a parking pass and a pass to get thru the gate. We've been there and done this before and it's a pain. We need to tell the fair how many of each pass we need very soon. It would be good if we could pass them out on the 8th, but to do that we need a whole bunch more folks to sign up (at least on the HO side). Do not wait until the last minute to sign up. Trainmasters need to pull this together and provide the numbers to me in time to secure the passes before the 8th. A lack of planning on your part will become a headache to others, so let's get it done. Don't expect the other person to do the work - you are the other person.
