<p class="MsoNormal">Just in case you have some custom models, or brass models that you have and don’t have original boxes, I’m attaching some photos of some boxes I made from local materials. The foam is the premium grade electronics type I had custom
cut at Bob’s Foam in Fremont and then glue together with Dan Tack.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Box material – Arron Brothers heavy stock board – about $5 for a 4’x5’</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Box top wrapper – green paper poster board Wal-mart – about $1

<p class="MsoNormal">Box bottom wrapper – white wrapping paper Wal-Mart 300 ft roll $9.00 or use white poster paper board</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Corner reinforcement paper – saved brown paper bags cut to size</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">3M spray adhesive – Wal-mart about $9.00</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Foam – Bob’s in Frement</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Dan Tack – foam adhesive, get from Bob’s $14 or ebay $10</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Tools needed are – measurement stick, straight edge for cutting, cutter – large X-acto or utility knife, pencil, and a square is helpful.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Then if you have a large table top work area you can make several boxes on a weekend.

<p class="MsoNormal">The black top box was wrapped with black gift wrap paper – which is not very durable. The poster type paper is very good -available in green, blue black, red, yellow.</p>
