<div style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif; font-size:11pt">An idea that comes to mind is to use tech to solve this situation. For example, using computers with cameras and software running Open Computer Vision (OpenCV) along with Machine Learning can automate
identifying and counting of two legged creatures, (those that are members and those that are not) baby carriages, carts, etc. Push this data into Azure cloud and leverage the data analytics to create dashboards accessible on your mobile device or PC.

I think this would possible with effort and cost. Depends upon how important headcount metric needs to be. But could be an interesting project to explore.</div>
