If we had enough folks for about an hour, we could have one person count at the back door and compare that number to the count at the front door during the same hour and then we’d have a rough ratio which could then be applied to our front door count and bump it up by that percentage. We talked about doing this at a BOD meeting before a business meeting a month or two ago.
