Members,<br class="">
<br class="">
I was reminded that Andy Kelsey's wife Megan, came to the July 2016
business meeting and gave us a nice talk which was full of suggestions
on what we could do for the next Fair. Unfortunately, as with many
things at the club, we sort of dropped the ball and didn't follow up on
any of her suggestions. Here is what I put in the July 2016 minutes.
It doesn't do real justice to all of her suggestions. Be sure to wear
you vest if you have one and we can try to get our act together and
order ones for those that don't have one and wish to get one.
Apparently she suggested tee shirts or vest as a way to identify
members to the public<b class=""><font color="#3333ff" class="">.<br class="">

Kelsey’s wife, Megan, addressed our membership.<span class="">

involved and
make their visit, to the club, more interesting.<span class=""> </span>Souvenirs,
some type of raffle, etc.<span class=""> </span>Scavenger hunt for
items on the layout with
some sort of prize like a train hat, etc.<span class="">
</span>Things we can consider for the next Fair.<u class=""></u><u class=""></u></span></font></b></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:1in"><b class=""><font color="#3333ff" class=""><span style="font-family:"Arial Rounded MT Bold","sans-serif"" class="">Also that
we need to wear our vests and/or train
hats so public can identify who is on duty.<u class=""></u><u class=""></u></span></font></b></p>
<br class="">
Too bad we forgot all her suggestions and it took a vendor card, in the
mail, for me to suggest tee shirts when it was possibly earlier
suggested by her and we didn't follow up and even investigate finding
a source.<br class="">
<br class="">
In any event, let me know the size and color (gray, black, charcoal or
tan). You can click on the four color buttons on the web page and you
can personalize it like I did on the attachment.<br class="">
