Unfortunately, as with many things at the club, we sort of dropped the ball and didn't follow up on any of her suggestions. Here is what I put in the July 2016 minutes. It doesn't do real justice to all of her suggestions. Be sure to wear you vest if you have one and we can try to get our act together and order ones for those that don't have one and wish to get one. She had many good ideas for how we could get the kids more involved and make their visit, to the club, more interesting. Souvenirs, some type of raffle, etc. Scavenger hunt for items on the layout with some sort of prize like a train hat, etc. Things we can consider for the next Fair.<o:p></o:p> Also that we need to wear our vests and/or train hats so public can identify who is on duty.<o:p></o:p> Too bad we forgot all her suggestions and it took a vendor card, in the mail, for me to suggest tee shirts when it was possibly earlier suggested by her and we didn't follow up and even investigate finding a source.
