I have questions regarding the email structure & process being used by the ACCRS system. When I receive any email from the accrs or accrs-ho the structure is this:

<div>The email message which - </div>

<div>a.) Contains three attachments: att0001.txt, att0002.htm, att0003.txt</div>

</div>
<div>b.) has a message body with plain text formatted with: "Message From:" <someone's email address></div>

</div>
<div>Why is this and why not just format the email body (type text or html) and have the person's message in there?</div>
