<br><font color="black" face="arial" size="2">I have attached an Excel document that has Fair statistics back to 1995. From those statistics I draw the following conclusions:
<div>1. Fair attendance in 2016 was comparable to the past few years.</div>
<div>2. ACCRS visitation "reportedly" was down by about 20% from last year. I say reportedly since I agree with the observation of others that there were more people coming in the back door than in years past. I think this is supported by the unexplained 34% increase donation per head this year. versus the past seven years and an apparent 18/% drop in the percentage of Fair attendees that visited ACCRS.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>I have heard suggestions that a camera be mounted to monitor the back door with a TV screen at the welcome desk so the person on the seat can count the back-door people. That is worth discussion. The issue of signage for our exhibit needs to be pursued with the Fair personnel, although I am not optimistic we will get satisfaction there.</div>

Dennis told me the following:
Count down 18% at 48,680 which is the lowest in the records I have easily available back to 2011. Donations were up 9% at $5,739 largely due to three consecutive days over $500 on the final week-end.
If the fair got 445,000, then we're still getting over 10% of the fair attendance. I expected it to be higher with the removal of the other building but then the fair didn't do well with our sign and they buried us behind vendors.
