I think that Marc might be correct in not opening. First of all,
people would have to venture a long way down the side of the buiding
just to get in to see our exhibit. There is rain in the forecast for
this weekend. Who knows what will develop. If we have a large
puddle outside our back exit, there would be another safety issue. We
don't want to be moving any fences or doing something the fair would
object to us doing.

We are not destitute so it seems wise, and will keep use in good
standing with the fair, to not open. I know it would be close to the
fair, but maybe we could just substitute the June Good Guys for this
one.

I know we make money from these events as well as each

would not say terrible for this size event. However if it rains or the

attached to the wall of the small animals office. Also, I wondered if
the fair could just extend the fencing to turn at the women's bathroom

front door for access? It does not appear they are doing any work in
this area?

I talked with the Fairgrounds and was told the fence surrounding the
construction area by our building would not be moved until late April.
There will be no access for visitors to our front door as it is behind
the fence. This presents visibility issues for good guys attendees and
is in my opinion a safety issue having only a single entrance to our
building. I don't want people to have to enter and exit through the
same door. Unless someone can provide a compelling reason to be open,
I am going to make the decision that we do not open our doors for this
event.
