thank you for the phone conversation...I am hoping that you may provide me with one season pass ticket this year for the fair...you mentioned about the o scale side and I forgot about those members too so they will take priority too...all I can do is wait until you say so when the final body count for season passes can be determined...I will be waiting to hear from you again...Thank you Gary B

  All,The Fair has provided passes for the upcoming 2025 Fair event.  As always, they have complicated the process by having two different types of passes.  There are 20 season passes which include parking and entry.  Each of those can be used once a day for all fair days by the holder.  The other method is a supply of 75 single day passes which gets you parking and entry, but they can only be used once.  So, like last year, the 20 folks who sign up for the most shifts/days combination will get the season passes.  The remaining members will get an appropriate number of single day passes to cover the days for which they have signed up.  Spreading all this out to cover both scales equitably is a challenge.  So please sign up for your shifts this week which will then give me time to email everyone the instructions regarding their passes before the fair starts.  This is similar to last year.  If you have questions, please let me know.
