[Accrs] News the Layout Got Repaired

Would somebody please tell me just who did the emailing yesterday announcing that the HO Layout got repaired????   

I found out by chance after stopping by the club after the concert Jamie told me a club email was sent out to every member except  me that the layout got fixed.  I did not receive any email about all of this.
