[Accrs] World's Fair State Flag Special

I've never heard about this.  This photo was taken in Omaha NE 1974.    That flat car with the flags would be an interesting model to run on July 4th.   Could expand the idea to have several cars with state flags.

Question:  How to make realistic flags like this?
