[Accrs] Help with a roofing contractor

My Mom just had her roof done by a Excellent Roof Contractor.  His company name is San Leandro Painting and Roofing.  He lives in Modesto and comes to the Bay Area for working.
His name is Harry Kintzer.  He is bonded and Insured License Number #883326.  His email is sanleandropaintingcompany at yahoo.com.  His phone numbers are 510 798-9674 and 209 872-7960. 

His price is Excellent for roof jobs.  His crew are Excellent Workers.  They KNOW what they are doing.  Give him a call and get him out to our building for the roof work.  Thank You Gary B

We need to get our roof cleaned and an inspection (insurance BS).  Does anyone have a recommendation of a Pleasanton area contractor to use?
