[Accrs] Articles of Incorporation Amendment. This is important!!!!

All,

John Kolberg has been working with the State to maintain and reclassify our
tax exempt status as a social welfare organization.  This change was
discussed at the January business meeting, voted on, and approved.  John has
created the attached "April 29 ballot measure" document to explain in more
detail what is happening.  We must have another ballot meeting the
requirements of the CA Secretary of State.  The second document is the
ballot which you should print, mark, sign and return on Friday at the
business meeting or mail to the address listed on the ballot.  Note that one
negative vote will stop the change and we will then have to pay taxes.  If
you can't print the ballot, come to the business meeting and we will have
extra blank ballots there for you to use.  This is important, so please
follow thru with the process so we can put this behind us and have a great
fair!
