[Accrs] FW: Night to Shine - Train Club Open

All,

Below is the direction we are getting from the fair office for Friday night
(I added bold red).  Id suggest we spend some time tomorrow (Thursday)
cleaning things up and doing track cleaning, maybe train set up.  I wont be
able to make it Thursday evening but may come in a while in the late
afternoon.  Ill be there Friday evening.

Hi Gary,

My apologies for the delay. I was waiting on some answers to a couple
questions I needed to follow-up on from our meeting last week.  I will send
you those details soon.

With regards to Night to Shine, we are going to ask that train club members
park at the stable lot café, but you can drive on grounds to unload
equipment. If you can set-up on Thursday that would be great.  With the
event starting at 5:30pm on Friday, I would ask that all vehicles are moved
to the Stable Lot Café by 5pm.  

All event attendees head to building B at 9pm and the event officially ends
at 9:30pm.  We can make arrangements for a security guard to open the tunnel
gate if a member needs to drive back on grounds to load equipment.  Let me
know if that is needed and Ill make sure security is aware.

Melissa,

Can you provide us with any updates on our access to the Model Railroad for
the Night to Shine event this Friday evening?  In the attached email, Jenna
indicated visitors would probably not begin to arrive at the railroad until
around 6:30.  We would probably want to be there early to get things set up,
some of which we may do on Thursday.  Thursday access shouldnt be an issue,
but we need to understand Friday access.  Please let me know as soon as you
can so I can pass the word to our membership.
