[Accrs] Parking forthe train show this weekend

All,

The fair has changed the parking arrangements for us this weekend.  They
have issued electronic parking passes as they did for the last summer’s
fair.  They are for lot 8 only, not 12 or the stable café lot.  Tomorrow, I
will be distributing them via e-mail to those who have signed up.  However,
there is one thing I want to clear up with the fair before sending them out
tomorrow.  Phil and I are going to be meeting with the organizer of the
event for different reasons tomorrow at noon.  My reason is to finalize how
we get into their show (sticky badges as before or something else).  

 

We need to be at the club Friday night for cleanup, track cleaning, eic.
