[Accrs] New Bing Chat - AI Powered

Here is a question that I submitted to the new Bing Chat AI tool.   If you are running Windows 10 or greater MSFT will likely stuff this onto your PC in your next update if not already.
13.3 volts is what is coming out of a NCE decoder that I’m messing with.

Looks like this will be useful.  Now to find a 150 ohm resistor.
