[Alameda County Central Railroad Society]

All,

1.	Per the Fair, we will not have access to our building tomorrow night
due to the Night Market event.  Forget about the weekend.  
2.	Trainmasters must have the Good-Guys entry and parking pass
requirements to me by this coming Wednesday.  Remember, the parking passes
are good for two days.  They will be distributed next Friday.  
3.	The Fair is issuing digital "season" passes and parking hang tags to
those of us who will be working many days and shifts.  Season pass means
good for any day of the Fair.  They are assigned to individuals, so remember
they are for club use only.  The honor system applies, but the Fair will
have a record of how many times each pass is used.  Those only able to
attend a few shifts will get an entry ticket and single day parking passes.
I have to submit and numbers to the Fair next Friday the 3rd.   Please sign
up with your trainmasters ASAP.  Time is of the essence.   Let's get this
done.
