[Accrs] Fluorescent Layout Light Switches Repaired

We were able to get the layout light control buttons completely re-wired back to the normal location with Cat5 cables replacing the damaged ones.  If you are the first to arrive, you can now turn on both layout lights from either door or back by the scenery light controls in the locker room.

Thanks to Joel for identifying the edible insulation issue and for putting in place a temporary solution.  Thanks to all who helped pull the Cat5s, especially Chad for running up and down the ladder.

Hopefully these new Cat5 wires will be less appetizing to the squirrels or other rodents than the earlier ones (plant based insulation?). We left the rest of the old cables in place as future squirrel feed.  If the squirrels start eating the Cat5 cables we are doomed.
